• To implement policies and processes as per the company’s SOP.
• To manage and oversee infrastructure operations across respective locations and branches.
• To plan and manage monthly, weekly, and annual budgets effectively.
• To identify and source new infrastructure requirements and support proposed branch establishments.
• To manage and maintain company assets efficiently.
• To ensure adherence to all local and legal compliances related to infrastructure.
• To manage vendors and ensure timely coordination for infrastructure-related services.
• To coordinate scrap and waste disposal activities with the Head Office team during the project period.
• To liaise with government departments as required.
• To periodically review the Business Continuity Plan directly associated with infrastructure activities.
• To maintain all MIS reports, records, and documents as required.
