Job Description We're Hiring | Product Support Engineer | Pune (Onsite) Are you passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer support? We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise SaaS applications. Location: Pune (Onsite) Shift: 24x7 Support (Primarily US EST/PST Night Shifts) Benefits: Both-side cab facility Night Shift Allowance What We're Looking For: ✔️ 2 years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred) ✔️ Experience supporting customer-facing applications ✔️ Hands-on experience with: SSO & Access Management SaaS & Cloud Computing FTP & SMTP HTML ✔️ Experience with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) ✔️ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication ✔️ Willingness to work in US night shifts If you enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing world-class customer support, we'd love to connect!
