Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Banking and Finance Associate with four to six years of experience in structured finance and secured lending to join their practice in Seattle, WA. The role involves working with credit funds, lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on various financings, including receivables financings and private credit lending.
DutiesRepresent clients in private credit and special situations transactions.Focus on liability management transactions involving receivables financings.Provide liquidity solutions to financially distressed companies.
RequirementsThree to six years of relevant law firm experience.Highly motivated with superior client service skills.Member of the Bar in a U.S. State.
EducationJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
CertificationsBar membership in a U.S. State.
SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
