Senior Architect

Location: Mumbai About the role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Architec t with 7-10 years of expertise in architectural design and project delivery. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Experience in Data Centre project s is preferred but not mandatory . Key Responsibilitie s:Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed construction documentatio n.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams throughout the project lifecycl e.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirement s.Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussion s.Review consultant, contractor, and vendor submission s.Support projects through design, construction, and commissioning phase s.Manage multiple assignments while meeting quality, budget, and schedule target s. Requiremen ts:Bachelor’s degree in Architectu re.7-10 years of experience in Architectural Desi gn.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, and BIM platfor ms.Strong understanding of building systems, architectural detailing, preparation of BOQ, developing specifications and construction methodologi es.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skil ls.
