• Manage project accounting activities including billing, job costing, AP transactions, invoice approvals, and cost allocations across large-scale construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts, monitor financial performance, and identify project risks to ensure accurate projections.
• Partner with project managers, owners, clients, and internal teams on financial reporting, change management, and project accounting matters.
• Review cost codes, job-cost transactions, and project financials to ensure accuracy and proper allocation of expenses.
• Utilize accounting systems to support project reporting, forecasting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
