Job Description
Are you a performance-focused marketer who loves building structure out of data and testing bold creative angles? We are looking for a Paid Social Lead to own and elevate our Meta advertising campaigns.
In this role, you will manage our end-to-end media strategy on Facebook and Instagram—turning creative concepts into high-converting ad assets, scaling profitable campaigns, and optimizing overall acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Scaling: Design, launch, and manage performance-focused campaigns across Meta platforms using best-practice account structures, smart targeting, and structured budget allocation.
Creative Strategy & Direction: Conceptualize, test, and iterate creative angles, hooks, and formats (UGC, short-form video, high-converting static visuals) in close collaboration with our creative team.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Analyze conversion paths, landing page metrics, and drop-off points to ensure seamless post-click user experiences.
Technical Tracking & Compliance: Maintain clean pixel tracking, custom event configurations, and Conversions API (CAPI) setups while strictly adhering to advertising policies and best practices.
Performance Reporting: Track core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) daily and translate campaign data into clear strategic priorities and execution roadmaps.
Qualifications & Requirements
Direct Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling performance marketing budgets on Meta Ads Manager with proven ROI.
Analytical Mastery: Strong command of campaign data, web analytics tools (GA4), and attribution models.
Creative Instinct: A deep understanding of what makes ad creative perform, from thumb-stopping hooks to direct-response messaging.
Technical Setup: Practical knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event mapping.
Communication: Business-fluent written and spoken English with strong collaboration skills.
