Creative Producer / Brand Films
We are a new-age production house building a strong slate of brand films, branded content, music-led pieces, digital campaigns and original creative projects.
We are looking for a Creative Producer who can become the bridge between ideas, clients and execution.
This is a key role for someone who understands that great creative work does not happen only on set. It begins with a clear brief, strong communication, smart planning, organised follow-through and the ability to protect the creative process from chaos.
Role Overview
The Creative Producer will work closely with the Creative Head to manage projects from the first client conversation to final delivery.
The role involves client servicing, project planning, creative coordination, budgeting support, pre-production management, execution oversight and post-production follow-through.
We need someone who can think creatively, communicate clearly and execute sharply.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client brief sand help translate them into clear creative and production requirements. Coordinate with clients during enquiries, pitches, proposal stages and project execution. Support the Creative Head in developing treatments, presentations, references, timelines and budgets. Oversee pre-confirmation work including research, feasibility checks, initial schedules, vendor conversations and budget inputs. Once a project converts, take ownership of execution from kick-off to final delivery. Coordinate directors, writers, designers, editors, production teams, vendors and freelancers. Track timelines, approvals, feedback, versions and deliverables. Ensure every project moves smoothly across pre-production, production and post-production. Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations professionally. Anticipate problems early and solve them before they affect quality or timelines. Bring structure, calm and clarity to fast-moving creative projects.What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of experience in production, advertising, branded content, digital films, events, creative agencies or production houses. Strong understanding of brand films, campaigns and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong organisational ability and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing clarity. Comfort with budgets, schedules, decks, references and production workflows. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Someone who can balance creative ambition with practical execution. Calm under pressure, sharp with follow-ups and reliable with deadlines.
