Job Overview :

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a key role in shaping and maintaining the college’s public image by building strong relationships with media, students, parents, and the wider community, while consistently communicating the institution’s achievements, values, and initiatives in a clear and engaging way. In addition, the PRO supports the admissions process by handling enquiries, sharing accurate institutional information, and ensuring timely, well-coordinated communication with prospective students and parents, while also streamlining the enquiry-handling process to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and professional.

Key Responsibiliti es

• Manage and strengthen the college’s public image through effective communication
• Build and maintain relationships with media and external contacts
• Create and share content about college achievements, events, and initiatives
• Handle admissions-related enquiries (calls, walk-ins, emails, social media
• Provide clear and accurate information to prospective students and parents
• Ensure quick, organized, and consistent follow-up on all enquiries
• Support and promote college events, seminars, workshops, and fests
• Coordinate with admissions and management teams for outreach activities
• Maintain and improve enquiry tracking and response processes

What We’re Looking

• For Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (education sector preferred)
• Candidates who are ready to relocate willl be prefer red
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with students, parents, and media
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital communication
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
