Responsibilities for a Sales Representative include but are not limited to: Support customer accounts by processing orders accurately and efficiently via phone, email, chat, and CRM systems. Resolve order inquiries, shipping concerns, product questions, and manage return/repair requests from start to finish. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records, track documentation, and help identify process improvement opportunities. Candidates for Sales Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel), with SAP, Salesforce, or CRM/ERP experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. What's in this Sales Representative position for you?
