Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Hyderabad. The User Experience Designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for AI-powered engineering tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, translating insights into user journeys and wireframes, creating interactive prototypes, and refining visual design elements for web and desktop applications. The role involves running usability tests, iterating designs based on feedback and data, and contributing to design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across products. The designer will also participate in cross-functional workshops, document design decisions, and advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
