Role SummaryWe are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and cargo screening operations at our CCC facility.This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on executing core warehouse tasks including freight handling, documentation verification, and maintaining compliance with TSA and safety requirements.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities·       Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, and processing freight·       Verify shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of freight movement·       Label, organize, and store freight in designated locations·       Maintain TSA compliance, ensuring freight is always secured and monitored·       Identify and report damaged or missing freight·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas·       Assist drivers with correct freight handling and documentation·       Follow all TSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures·       Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications·       High school diploma or equivalent preferred·       0–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or physical labor experience·       Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·       Forklift experience preferred (training provided).·       Familiarity with TSA screening requirements is preferred.·       Exposure to TSA/CCSF environments is a plus but not required.
Location: Elk Grove Village, ILEmployment Type: Full-time, non-exemptPay Range: $16- $25 per hourSchedule: Tuesday to Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM – Occasional over time.
