About the Role

We are looking for experienced Workday Learning Consultants to support a global Workday Learning implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the Workday Learning module while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday Learning solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.

Configure learning content, learning campaigns, certifications, learning security, and business processes.

Perform end-to-end implementation, testing, UAT, and production support.

Configure security roles and permissions related to Workday Learning.

Create reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and EIBs.

Support data migration activities and system integrations where required.

Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.

Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Workday Pro Certification (Preferred).

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning.

Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.

Knowledge of:

Workday Learning

Workday Security

Business Process Configuration

EIBs

Reporting & Calculated Fields

UAT & Testing

Data Migration

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multinational organizations.

Additional exposure to Workday HCM or Security modules.

Experience with integrations and Workday releases.
