Role: Sr. Business Development Executive - US Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients)

Location: Onsite(100 feet Road, Madhapur)

Job Summary:

Looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our US Staffing business.

You'll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business.

This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients.

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network.

• Handle the sales cycle - from leads to conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor managers.

• Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

• Grow accounts and drive repeat business.

• Keep a consistent pipeline and follow up regularly.

Performance Expectations:

• Build a solid pipeline and keep it moving.

• Turn conversations into signed agreements (MSA/vendor onboarding).

• Start getting requirements from clients early on.

• Bring in and grow a few active client accounts.

• Maintain consistency in adding new business.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience in US IT staffing business development.

• Good understanding of MSP/VMS, direct clients.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage the sales cycle independently.

• Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.

Good to Have:

• Existing contacts with MSPs, hiring managers.

• Experience in client acquisition and closures.

• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, etc.
