Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Coordinator, Phlebotomy to support high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. This role coordinates daily phlebotomy workflows, performs venipuncture and specimen collection, and ensures accurate labeling, processing, and transport. The coordinator mentors and supports phlebotomy staff, assists with scheduling, and promotes adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards. Working closely with nurses, providers, and lab teams, you will help optimize processes, contribute to continuous improvement, and deliver compassionate service aligned with our mission-driven culture.
