Mercy is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients across our acute and critical care units. In this role, you will assess respiratory status, initiate and manage ventilator and oxygen therapies, perform arterial blood gas sampling, and support emergency responses. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the care team, document in the EMR, and educate patients and families.
