Oncology Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse Coordinator (RN)

HCA Healthcare is seeking an Oncology Med Surg Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to provide leadership and advanced nursing care for adult oncology and medical-surgical patients. In this role, you will coordinate patient flow, oversee daily unit operations, and support evidence-based clinical practice. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, precept and mentor staff, and promote a culture of safety, quality, and compassion. This position includes patient and family education, care planning, and participation in performance improvement initiatives in a fast-paced acute care environment.
