$200K–$300K+ Base + Bonus & Equity | Flexible Based on ExperienceLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing, publicly traded organization in the technology and infrastructure space to identify an experienced Assistant Treasurer for its Miami-based finance team.This is a newly created, highly visible opportunity for a strategic, hands-on treasury leader looking to play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting continued growth.Company OverviewOur client is a publicly traded, high-growth organization operating in the technology and infrastructure sector. The company offers an entrepreneurial environment, strong financial backing, and the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership.Position OverviewThe Assistant Treasurer will play a key role in expanding the company's corporate treasury function, with an emphasis on liquidity management, corporate investments, capital planning, and financial risk management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee corporate liquidity, cash forecasting, and investment strategies.Support capital markets activities, debt financing, and credit facilities.Manage financial risk and support balance sheet optimization.Develop treasury policies, financial models, and processes to support continued growth.Partner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and capital allocation.Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations, reporting, and systems.What Matters Most7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance.Strong background in liquidity management, corporate cash investments, and financial risk management.Experience with financing activities, capital structure, and banking relationships.Strategic, hands-on mindset with experience building or improving treasury functions.Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with senior leadership.Experience in a publicly traded or capital-intensive organization preferred.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
