We are seeking a highly proficient Thai Language Specialist to facilitate seamless communication and localization between our Thai-speaking markets and our global teams. The ideal candidate possesses native-level fluency in Thai and excellent English skills, combined with strong cross-cultural awareness.

Location – Mumbai & Pune

Key Responsibilities Translation & Localization: Accurately translate business documents, marketing materials, software interfaces, and contracts from English to Thai and vice versa. Interpretation: Act as an interpreter during client meetings, internal discussions, and cross-border calls. Quality Assurance: Review and proofread localized content to ensure grammatical accuracy, natural flow, and cultural appropriateness. Market Support: Assist with customer support inquiries, sales initiatives, or project administration targeting the Thai market. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product, marketing, and operations teams to align language assets with global branding strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Language: Native or near-native fluency in Thai (reading, writing, and speaking) and professional working proficiency in English. Experience: (e.g., 2-4) years of experience in translation, interpretation, or localization. Cultural Competency: Strong understanding of Thai business etiquette, idioms, and cultural nuances.

Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple translation requests and meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
