Job DescriptionManage and strengthen relationships with commercial insurance clients.Service commercial property and casualty accounts, including general liability and commercial auto.Coordinate policy renewals, remarketing, and carrier submissions.Prepare certificates of insurance and assist with additional insured endorsements.Collaborate with insurance carriers to explore coverage options and resolve client needs.Respond to policy questions, coverage changes, and service requests with professionalism and care.Help businesses feel confident that their insurance needs are being handled effectively.
Qualifications2+ years of commercial lines insurance servicing or account management experience.Familiarity with commercial general liability, commercial auto, and related business insurance coverage.Experience with policy renewals, certificates of insurance, or carrier submissions is a plus.Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.Experience with contractor or manufacturing accounts is a plus. xzbcwsv
