Role : Sourcing Specialist (US Region)

Scope: Proactively identify and engage top talent through effective internet, database, and social media sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Utilize various channels (internal databases, job boards, social media) to source and engage qualified candidates for entry to senior-level positions.
• Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs. Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn
• Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.

• Strong Research Skills: Ability to quickly execute research techniques and uncover hidden talent.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate engagement and client interaction.
