Sales Engineer

We’re Hiring | Sales Engineer – Industrial Electronics / Electro-Mechanical Experience: 5 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical Engineering Industry Experience: Industrial Electronics, Switchgear, Electrical Panel Accessories, Instrumentation, Electromechanical Products Key Responsibilities • Develop new customers and accounts through structured sales planning and customer visits • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into orders • Present and demonstrate products, technical capabilities, and value propositions to customers • Work closely with techno-commercial and engineering teams on datasheets, technical specifications, and customer requirements • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs and Channel Partners • Achieve sales targets through effective market development and customer engagement • Track sales activities, leads, visits, opportunities, and forecasts through accurate reporting • Identify market trends and new product development opportunities based on customer requirements • Coordinate customer visits, factory visits, technical presentations, and product discussions • Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and applications What We’re Looking For ✔ Strong convincing and negotiation skills ✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets ✔ Result-oriented and customer-focused approach ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Ability to work effectively across sales, engineering, and factory teams ✔ Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership ✔ Willingness to travel extensively ✔ Experience in Industrial Electronics / Switchgear / Panel Accessories / Instrumentation / Electromechanical Products will be highly preferred If you are a technically sound sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and converting opportunities into business, we’d love to hear from you!
