Job Description
Position Title: Process Shift Engineer
Location: Patliputra Cement Works - Patna GU.
Qualification - Diploma in Cement Tech
Skills - Knowledge of CCR Operator for smooth plant operations
Job Description
Independent shift operation/Operation of ball mill with Roller Press.
Monitoring, analyzing & optimization of process parameter.
Analysis of ball mill circuit, troubleshooting & optimization.
Knowledge of refractory/heat balancing & flow measurement & material balancing.
Knowledge of safety procedures & manpower management in shift/maintenance.
Operation/CCR operation/field-related activities & process measurement.
Analysis of process parameter trends of running plant & troubleshooting.
Knowledge of grinding media charging in ball mill.
Coordinate corrective measures. Arrange personal protective material and ensure their usage. Arrange tools.
Coordinate with Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical maintenance departments for related jobs. Ensure running of power-saving equipment
