This job is essentially the host/hostess for new client intake and to strengthen relationships through communication with our referral partners and the team.As a key member of our team, the LP1 serves as the right hand to Marc, handling lead management, calendar coordination, client communication, and database upkeep with precision and care. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads, trusted partners, and valued clients, helping ensure the client journey is seamless from start to finish.This is a high-impact position for someone who takes initiative, excels at communication and organization, and thrives in a supportive yet ambitious team environment.
