Coda Search is partnering with a leading global alternative asset manager to hire a senior finance professional for its Credit & Insurance Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis team.
This role offers broad exposure to financial planning, fund modeling, and strategic initiatives across a diversified credit platform. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams, investor relations, and senior leadership to deliver forecasts, analyze financial performance, and support new product development.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance operating and fund models to support business forecasts, financial projections, and cash flow analysis across investment products.Partner with investment teams on fund modeling, portfolio management reporting, and ad hoc requests.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and presentation materials for senior leadership.Support the assets under management reporting process.Develop financial analyses to inform strategic decisions and business planning.Collaborate with investor relations on new product development.Support technology initiatives and improvements to financial reporting and analytical processes.Execute special finance projects based on senior leadership priorities.
Qualifications10+ years of relevant professional experience.Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.Investment banking or FP&A experience preferred.Private credit experience preferred.Exceptional financial modeling skills and strong analytical capabilities.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.A proactive, collaborative approach, sound judgment, and strong professional integrity. xzbcwsv
