Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with international eCommerce clients and act as the primary point of contact. Handle Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. Manage marketplace operations including catalog, pricing, promotions, inventory, and account health. Own and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and monitor KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS. Conduct business reviews and present weekly/monthly performance reports. Drive client KPIs, revenue growth, and profitability improvements. Coordinate with internal teams including Catalog, Content, Advertising, Operations, and Supply Chain. Maintain documentation, trackers, SOPs, and performance dashboards. Work in the US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST) and collaborate with international clients. Mandatory Skills: Experience
