We're Hiring: Technical Support Engineer - International Voice Process

Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Weekly Off: Rotational Week Offs

Walk-In Location: Ground Floor, Ambit IT Park , Ambattur Industrial Estate 1st Cross Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058

Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

• Technical Support experience is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to international customers.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on first-call resolution.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
