Job Requirements:
Experience in domestic & international air ticket booking Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus. Handling flight reservations, cancellations, reissues & refunds Good understanding of fare rules and airline policies Coordinate with airlines, clients, and vendors Ability to manage customer queries professionally Basic knowledge of visa/travel packages is an advantage Good communication and computer skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate:
Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism Prior experience in a travel agency preferred Immediate joiners preferred Skills:
