WE’RE HIRING: SALES OFFICERS – KERALA As part of the launch of a new business channel and our continued expansion across Kerala, Kilban Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced FMCG sales professionals to join our growing team. About Kilban Foods Established in 1975, Kilban Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is a Kerala-based food and beverage company with a diverse product portfolio and an expanding market presence. With a strong focus on product quality, distribution, and customer relationships, we are now strengthening our sales network across Kerala. Role: Sales Officer Locations: Multiple locations across Kerala Employment: Full-time | Field Sales Key Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory Develop the newly launched business channel and strengthen existing channels Expand distributor, retailer, GT, and HoReCa coverage Identify new outlets and improve product availability and visibility Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets Execute local promotions and in-market brand initiatives Monitor competitor activity and share regular market feedback Maintain accurate sales reports and coordinate with internal teams Follow the planned market visit schedule and ensure consistent territory coverage Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience is mandatory Minimum 1 year experience in HORECA channel is required Good understanding of distributor management and retail sales Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets Familiarity with the local market in the preferred location Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools Interested candidates may send their updated resume to: Email subject: Application for Sales Officer – (Preferred Location) If you are an energetic FMCG sales professional looking for a growth-oriented opportunity, we would be happy to hear from you.
