Senior Process Analyst - Loan Closure

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bank Loan Closer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, and solid bank loan settlement experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and interact across our Middle Office teams and work closely with clients' onshore loan settlements team in NY.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including -
• Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution
• Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements
• Weekly open trade reporting
• Working with onshore team regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm.
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong Excel and technology skills
• Knowledge of bank loan operations
• Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions
• Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
