Job Description As a Traveling Superintendent, you will: Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Coordinate project schedules and ensure milestone achievement. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct daily site meetings and progress reviews. Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and healthcare stakeholders. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and project coordination. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Ensure successful project delivery while minimizing disruption to facility operations. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess: 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction. Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred. Experience working in occupied healthcare environments. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders. OSHA certification preferred. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
