CNC MachinistKelly, in partnership with a growing manufacturing client, is looking for a CNC Machinist in Solon, OH.This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit, vacation, and compensation package upon hire.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401k + employer match120 hours of vacation/PTOTuition assistanceDetails:Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through FridayPay: $24 – $30 (potentially higher based on candidate requirements and experience)Location: Solon, OHJob Description:Develop an environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean toolsSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centersRead and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T callouts, and process sheetsSelect and install tooling, fixtures, and work offsetsEdit CNC programs at the machine as neededPerform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checksTroubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvementsMaintain production efficiency while ensuring part qualityTrain and mentor entry-level machinists and operatorsCollaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issuesPerform preventive maintenance and maintain clean work areasREQUIRED SKILLS:High school diploma or GED requiredTechnical degree or apprenticeship preferred3 or more years of CNC machining experienceProficiency with precision measuring equipmentAbility to independently perform machine setups and adjustmentsStrong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processesExperience editing G-code and M-code programsImmediate opening, apply now!
