We're Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Andheri MIDC, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 Years

At Salt Oral Care , we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who has hands-on experience in accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP , Zoho Books , and have practical experience in TDS return filing .

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP and Zoho Books
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries
• Manage bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and within statutory deadlines
• Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions
• Assist in GST-related documentation and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments
• Maintain financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books
• Hands-on experience in TDS calculation and return filing
• Good understanding of GST and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
