Technical project manager

Responsibilities

Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple R& D projects Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making processes for cross-functional teams Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Jira, Excel, Power BI) to provide up-to-date visibility on project health and KPIs Ensure consistent project documentation and data hygiene Flag delays or blockers and support mitigation efforts Collaborate with R& D Team Leads, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather updates and align priorities Support process improvements and standardization within the R& D Operations team

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech/R& D environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Hands-on experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ) Proficiency with dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Looker) Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Self-driven, structured, and dependable Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
