Accounts Receivable Specialist

An immediate opening is available at E&H Tubing, Inc. located in Brownstown, Indiana for an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position would be responsible for the following Accounts Receivable job functions as well as supporting other departments with various tasks.

Process customer invoices and ensure all invoices have the appropriate backup information.Work with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via telephone, email and written communication.Provide aging reports and review customer aging on a weekly basis.Work closely with the sales, finance and customer service personnel.Handle confidential information with discretion.Manage incoming phone activity.Other Accounting related tasks as deemed necessary
