We’re Hiring: Manager (MEP) – High-Rise Residential Projects!

Are you an experienced MEP Manager with expertise in driving large-scale residential developments? We are looking for a dynamic engineering professional to join.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in relevant discipline

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Execution: Anchor and oversee complete Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works on-site.

MEP Management: Supervise and manage all technical aspects of MEP work across high-rise residential projects.

Design & Coordination: Lead design coordination with consultants and structural/architectural teams.

Estimation & Budgeting: Finalize Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare comprehensive project budgets.

Planning & Monitoring: Prepare detailed schedules and monitor progress to ensure cost-effective, time-bound project completion in compliance with organizational policies.
