Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team . The role involves handling customer queries through both Voice and Chat channels , providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is Mandatory (Any Discipline). Freshers can apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of handling customer queries and providing effective resolutions. Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through voice calls and chat support . Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes. Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach during interactions. Document customer interactions and update records in the system. Ensure adherence to quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs). Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Shift Requirements

Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts , including night shifts . Rotational weekly offs as per business requirements.

Excellent English communication skills. Customer service orientation with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and multitasking abilities. Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
