We Are Hiring: Hostel Warden

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the school hostel and ensure a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment for students.

Position: Hostel Warden

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Hostel Warden

Qualification: Any Degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities and routines of hostel students.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
• Monitor student safety, well-being, attendance, and daily routines.
• Address student concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized hostel environment.
• Coordinate with school management, teachers, and support staff regarding student matters.
• Conduct regular hostel inspections and maintain necessary records.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and ensure student safety at all times.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and school authorities when required.
