1. Should be a subject matter expert in the mechanical design of construction machinery/ Mining vehicles/ On-Road Heavy vehicles. 2. Significant experience with Backhoe Loader design, development, and the complete product life cycle. 3. Understanding of material selection, machine mechanics, & force calculations. Application knowledge for earthmoving works for the backhoe. 4. Professional should be able to lead and execute basic development project using basic design skills, benchmarking & innovation. 5. Machine Design integration with good knowledge of complete Engine system design, Hydraulic system design, Structures & Transmission for the loader. 6.
