Deputy Vice President – Digital Partnership

Lead the end-to-end development and growth of strategic digital partnerships by driving partner acquisition, commercialization, product implementation, digital integration and business expansion. Own the complete partner lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch, governance and scale while working closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Partnership Acquisition • Identify and onboard new digital ecosystem partners across fintechs, telecoms, aggregators, marketplaces, digital platforms and super-apps. • Own the complete partner lifecycle including business development, commercial discussions, onboarding, implementation and business growth • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product and Underwriter) to develop partner specific insurance propositions and enhance digital customer journeys. • Lead commercial negotiations and business case creation • Track market trends, competitor offerings and emerging digital business opportunities and Present partnership opportunities to leadership. • Frequent travel across regions to meet partner for hunting. Partner Onboarding • Own partner onboarding journey end-to-end • Lead partner engagement from pitch deck, regular business reviews, executive presentations and relationship management. • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Training, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure timely partner launch Governance • Weekly partnership pipeline review • Executive monthly updates to leadership • Risk identification and escalation
