Drives project management for technical and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include developing productivity tools, managing documentation, tracking schedules.Manage projects following project processes and where applicable under direction from a Sr. Project ManagerComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfactionResponsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scopeCoordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issuesManage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issuesRequirement:Experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building AutomationWindows & MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and AccessSelf-starter, be able to organize and plan work schedulesWork well in a team environmentProblem solving, planning and project management skillsRead contract documents and design drawings to understand the scope of workEnglish written and verbal communication skillsGeneral knowledge of employment laws and practicesProject financial reportingSkill Level - 3 - 5 years of relevant experienceSome experience with procurement, scheduling and managing a financial portfolio. Ideally someone with some HVAC or electrical background. Construction management experience is also helpful.
