About the Role

Signature Dwellings is expanding its channel sales team in South Bengaluru. We're hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate.

What You'll Do

Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengaluru Generate and qualify leads through your partner network Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversion Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retention Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targets

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcing An active, working channel partner network Proven sourcing and lead generation track record Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Based in or willing to work across South Bengaluru
