Experience: 5 - 10 years

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate with real estate CRM experience.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Technical

• Coordinate with project and engineering teams for handover readiness, snag management, and technical clarifications.
• Support customers during handover and rectification processes.
• Coordinate across departments for timely updates and responses.
• Drive customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.

CRM

• Oversee CRM operations, manage escalations, ensure timely possession and documentation. Drive customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives.
