Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate resident care services to ensure high-quality, personalized care - Supervise and support caregiving staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment - Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to resident care - Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs - Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to resident care and staff activities - Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to promote resident well-being - Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing assessments of residents Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in senior care management or a related healthcare setting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior care facilities - Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care - Relevant certifications or licenses as required by state regulations (e.g., RN, LPN, or Care Manager credentials) At Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and enriching work environment.
