Responsibilities

Manage the expense scrub process. Supervise and train offshore consultants. Handle prior-owner general ledger (GL) account mapping for acquisitions. Maintain and roll forward PM reclass sheet updates. Perform monthly completeness checks. Prepare and post PM accruals; coordinate related communications. Process alter worksheet requests. Ensure mid-month move-out recovery updates are completed. Review monthly workpapers. Review acquisition- and disposition-related entries, as needed. Ensure monthly tasks and property assignments are completed accurately and on time. Support ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; Accounting degree preferred. CPA/MBA preferred.

Required Skills

Property accounting, development accounting, Constructional accounting. Accounting, GL accounting, month end closing, reconciliation, CAM, real estate.

Preferred Skills

Property accounting, CAM reconciliation, Real estate accounting.
