The Director of Web Accessibility will define and lead digital accessibility strategy across web and digital platforms for our clients. The role ensures compliance with key standards such as WCAG, ADA, and Section 508, embeds inclusive design into delivery, and builds client organization-wide capability through governance, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, sets up and strengthens the delivery team.

12–15 years of experience in web accessibility, UX, or digital product development, with proven leadership of enterprise accessibility initiatives.
Strong knowledge of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, assistive technologies, accessibility testing tools, and inclusive design practices.
Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, change management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
