Learn more at: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Physics Teacher for Grades 11 and 12 with strong expertise in CBSE curriculum and IIT-JEE (Advanced) level preparation/NEET . The candidate should be capable of building strong conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and exam-oriented strategies among students. Requirements Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach physics into assigned grade levels in alignment with CBSE guidelines. Lesson Planning: Prepare detailed lesson plans with engaging activities and assessments. Student Assessment: Conduct periodic tests and maintain academic records. Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and interactive learning space. Parent Communication: Share academic progress and collaborate with parents. Professional Development: Participate in regular training, workshops, and peer review sessions. Qualification Requirements Must have good command of spoken and written in English and MS Office tools Postgraduate degree in relevant subject (physics) B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a physics Experience in CBSE/ISC board schools is an added advantage. Strong subject knowledge and presentation skills. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Student-centric and result-oriented approach. Ability to work collaboratively with academic teams physics teaching: 3 years (Required) Teaching 11& 12 Grades: 3 years (Required) Proven experience in IIT-JEE (Advanced)/NEET coaching preferred Track record of producing high-rankers/results will be an added. Proficiency in digital tools and smart classroom teaching. Screening Process Subject-Wise Written Test – To evaluate command over, physics pedagogy. Proficiency Test – Assessing skills in MS Office and digital classroom tools. Reading Test – Online evaluation of fluency, clarity, and pronunciation via MS Teams.
