We’re Hiring: Junior Customer Support & Implementation Analyst – HealthPilot

Are you a recent graduate interested in healthcare and technology? Join our team and help hospitals successfully implement and use HealthPilot.

This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. Previous healthcare technology experience is not required—we will provide complete product and implementation training.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of HealthPilot at hospital sites

• Train and guide hospital staff on using the platform

• Provide ongoing user support and resolve basic queries

• Observe how hospital teams use the product and identify areas where they need assistance

• Gather user feedback and share actionable insights with our product and development teams

• Help improve product adoption and the overall customer experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a recent graduate or has up to one year of work experience

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills

• Is comfortable training and supporting hospital staff

• Is patient, proactive, and willing to learn

• Can understand technology and explain it in simple terms

• Is willing to travel to hospital sites when required

Graduates from healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, hospital administration, business, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
