The Job The Account Manager, Ecom role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting the growth, execution, and operational excellence of Balta Rugs' eCommerce business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams, this role serves as a key partner in managing retailer accounts, coordinating promotional and advertising initiatives, maintaining product and catalog accuracy, monitoring pricing compliance, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Through proactive communication, disciplined project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration, the Account Manager helps drive account performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the successful execution of strategic eCommerce initiatives.
