Role Description:
- The Coordinator, Cambridge Wing is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
- This role oversees the academic and administrative functioning of the Cambridge Wing, ensuring alignment with Cambridge curriculum standards and school policies.
- The coordinator collaborates with educators to plan timetables, review lesson plans, and monitor assessment and reporting processes.
- Responsibilities include supporting teachers with curriculum implementation, organizing co-curricular and academic events, and maintaining effective communication with learners, families, and school leadership.
- The role also involves maintaining student records, coordinating examinations and external evaluations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cambridge Wing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a master's degree or teaching qualification is preferred.
- Candidates with teaching experience in Maths & Science will be given preference.
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum frameworks and international school practices; prior experience in an international or Cambridge-affiliated school is an advantage.
- Strong academic coordination skills, including curriculum planning, timetable management, and assessment oversight in a Cambridge or similar international program.
- Experience in school administration, including record-keeping, process documentation, and coordination of examinations and external academic activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with educators, learners, families, and leadership teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support smooth daily operations of the wing.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on learner well-being, academic integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and school management systems for communication, scheduling, and data management.
