Designation: Senior Executive / Legal (Land Litigation)
Job Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional with expertise in land litigation, revenue matters, and real estate laws. The role involves independently handling litigation, coordinating with government authorities and advocates, supporting land acquisition activities, and ensuring legal compliance for development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle land litigation matters before Revenue Authorities, Civil Courts, High Court, GRT, SSRD, and other statutory authorities.
- Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, appeals, affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Manage land revenue, RTS, tenancy, NA permissions, title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition matters.
- Coordinate with advocates, government departments, and revenue authorities while advising management on legal strategy.
- Conduct legal research, maintain litigation records, and ensure compliance with applicable land and property laws.
Key Requirements:
- LL.B./LL.M. with 5+ years of experience in Land Litigation , preferably with a Real Estate Developer .
